The Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade returns for its 27th year running because if there's one thing we can all agree on, it's that dogs wearing costumes are literally the best. CNN calls it "the largest dog costume parade in the world" and Vanity Fair says, "the best dog fashion event of all time." Suggested donation is $5, and proceeds benefit the Tompkins Square Dog Run.
