A stylish benefit to support Minty and organizations who aid babies and kids just like her will be held at Galapagos Art Space in DUMBO, Brooklyn on Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Chris Noth join Nanette Lepore, Marie Robinson Salon, Exhale Spa and a fast growing list of others in fashion, beauty, TV, and film in providing special services and raffle prizes for the evening.

The cast and crew of the Sex and the City (SATC) series and films have come together in support of one of their own. A crew member’s daughter, Minty, was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer (anaplastic ependymoma) in her first months of life. Python-like in her ability to eat so well, “Minty Python” has been a source of joy for her family and famous friends while battling this aggressive cancer for nearly a year.
