Currently, NYC residents produce 12,000 tons of waste per day, adding up to 4.5 million tons of waste. How can we achieve the goal of Zero Waste to Landfill by 2030 (0x30)? Join Brooklyn Borough and a panel of experts including Antonio Reynoso (NYC Council Member), NYC Dept of Sanitation, GrowNYC, and other noted nonprofits for a discussion. Light refreshments are provided by Sahadi's, Sang Lee Farms, Toast Ale, Vokashi, Winklow Orchards and New Yorkers for Responsible Waste Management. Free to RSVP.
