The Sweetery truck on Tuesday will give away 3,000 whoopie pies as a promotion for Penguin Teens author Sarah Dessen. The truck will park near the Javits Center from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and then move to Barnes & Noble Union Square from 3 to 5 p.m.
