This in-depth class covers the history, art, and science behind making the perfect martini. You will learn what goes into a classic martini, how to make traditional variations, and even some popular modern spins on this quintessential cocktail. Whether you like yours up or on the rocks, dry or dirty, with vodka or gin, you'll get to make it under the watchful eye of Anthony Caporale, who has been a professional bar instructor and bar chef for close to 20 years and is host of Art of the Drink TV and beverage manager for Bobby Flay's flagship Mesa Grill.
