Every Tuesday through August enjoy a FREE Cardio Sculpt Class at the Housing Works Women's Health Center in Brooklyn. Classes take place from 2-3pm. Cardio Sculpt is a total body workout that addresses muscle strength and endurance while keeping the heart rate up to burn calories and strengthen the cardio respiratory system.
