Every Tuesday through August enjoy a FREE Cardio Sculpt Class at the Housing Works Women's Health Center in Brooklyn. Classes take place from 2-3pm. Cardio Sculpt is a total body workout that addresses muscle strength and endurance while keeping the heart rate up to burn calories and strengthen the cardio respiratory system. This continuous movement to great music is a lot of fun!
