From the Kissaki Hospitality Group (Kissaki Bowery, Kissaki UWS, Saishin) comes this newly minted haven of seafood. Executive Chef Chris Jaeckle of Michelin-starred Morimoto & Eleven Madison Park-fame is dedicated to honoring traditional Japanese cuisine, best showcases in the exquisite lineup of fare on deck.
